  28. Alias allows you to keyframe x,y,z,h,p,b and x,y & z Scaling info separately, and YES, 
  29. it is damn useful.  This is my only long standing gripe with LW. The flexibilty for 
  30. animating smoothly with the Alias style keyframing makes it almost painful to face the 
  31. monolithic LW motion graph. LW just happens to be much faster & more intuitive in every 
  32. other way ;)

  34. WHILE I'm on the topic of Alias,  Everyone who is working on the next-gen Lightwave 6.0 
  35. Pheonix interface:  Look at the new Alias V7 interface as a great example of how to 
  36. absolutely Screw-Up a workable interface. Alias went from text-buttons to 
  37. user-configurable graphic-icon based buttons,  and it's awful.  It takes 20 minutes to 
  38. wade through icons to find once familiar commands.
